POSITION SUMMARY:
Leading IT Services Provider has an immediate position available for a Customer-Service oriented IT Infrastructure specialist. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience across Hypervisor (VMWare/Hyper-V), Data Backup (Veeam), NAS/SAN storage, Network Architecture, IT Security, Microsoft 365, Active Directory (On-Premises and Azure), Windows/Linux Server Administration, and Voice and Network Communications. The candidate must be highly skilled at Service Desk, Project and Vendor Management, Hands-on Leadership, Team Building, and System Integration.
DESIRED SKILLS:
· Service Desk Management/ITIL Foundation v3/4
· Microsoft Windows (Desktop/Server)
· Hypervisor Technologies (VMWare, Microsoft Hyper-V)
· Telecommunications/LAN/WAN Architecture
· Microsoft Platform Systems • Active Directory, IIS, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, RDS/Terminal Services
· Microsoft 365/Azure • Use knowledge of identity and access management in on-premises and cloud solutions inclusive of Azure AD Connect, ADFS, and third-party identity providers
